Where is my order confirmation?
Check the email address used at checkout, including the spam or junk folder. If it is not there, contact sales@cigcase.co.uk with your name and postcode.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as quickly as possible. We can only change or cancel an order before it has been packed or dispatched.
Which payments do you accept?
The payment methods currently available for your order are shown securely at checkout.
Delivery
How much is UK delivery?
Your exact delivery charge is shown in the basket and at checkout. UK delivery is free when the basket reaches the free-delivery threshold displayed on the website.
When will my order arrive?
The current delivery estimate is shown on product pages or at checkout. Carrier delays, severe weather and address problems can occasionally affect that estimate.
How do I track an order?
Use the tracking link in your dispatch email when tracking is available. Contact us with your order number when you need help.
Products and sizing
How do I choose the correct cigarette case size?
Measure the outside of your existing pack, including height, width and depth. Compare all three measurements with the dimensions on the product page. Slim, King and Super King are not interchangeable.
Will a lighter cover fit every lighter?
No. Lighter bodies vary between brands and styles. Check the measurements and compatibility note on the product page before ordering.
Can colours vary?
Screen settings and manufacturing batches can create a small colour difference. Product photos are prepared to represent the item as accurately as possible.
Returns and help
How do I return an item?
Contact us with your order number before sending anything back. We will provide the correct return instructions and explain the next steps.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?
Email us with the order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. This allows us to resolve the problem quickly.
