Shipping & Dispatch
- Dispatch: Orders placed before 02:00 PM (GMT/BST) are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be sent the next business day.
- UK Delivery: Domestic shipping usually takes 2.7 business days.
- International Delivery (EU & Rest of World): Orders to Europe typically arrive within 3.10 business days. Deliveries to the rest of the world may take up to 21 days.
- Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
- Address Changes: If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us immediately. We can only update the address before the order is dispatched.
International Customs & Duties
- Taxes and Duties: For customers located in the EU and other international destinations, your order may be subject to local VAT, customs duties, or import fees.
- Customer Responsibility: These charges are calculated by your local customs authority and are not included in our prices. They are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Refused Parcels: If you refuse to pay the customs charges and the parcel is returned to us, we will refund the cost of the goods minus the original shipping fees and any return costs charged by the courier.
Returns & Refunds
- Change of Mind: You have 30 days from receiving your item to return it. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Return Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund the full price of the goods plus our standard outbound shipping cost to your original payment method.
- Faulty Items: If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us at sales@cigcase.co.uk. Under the UK Consumer Rights Act, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for faulty goods.
